ACADEMIC COUNSELLING APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments will need to be booked in advance to see an Academic Counsellor.
Effective March 16, 2020: No in-person appointments.
Note: This booking system is provided by a third party (BookedIN). We recommend that students do not include any personal or confidential information when completing the comments/reasons for booking sections of the form. Students who wish to not share information online through this booking system may schedule an appointment by calling the office.

If you have made an appointment with someone, this appointment will be either a Zoom audio or Zoom video call (your choice). There are no in-person appointments at this time. Your Academic Counsellor will email you a Zoom link before your appointment.

June 30 - Deadline to apply for relief against a final grade in a second-term or full-year course
June 30 - Deadline to apply for relief against a program eligibility decision
June 30 - Deadline to request a waiver of the progression requirements
September 8 - Deadline for applications to graduate at Fall convocation
September 9 - Fall term classes begin
September 17 - Last day to add a full course, a first-term half course, a first-term full course, or a full-year half course on campus and Distance Studies.
