What inspired to choose engineering?

Somewhere in my mind, there was always a wish to pursue engineering. Everything we use from day to day is the result of engineering. As a child, I enjoyed finding out how things worked, and engineering allows me to use that drive to solve problems and improve people’s lives.

What inspired you to choose Software Engineering?

My curiosity about technology pushed me in this field. Learning how to notice different patterns when coding has always amazed me. I was deeply interested to know how things work and innovate something more efficient, especially as technology is always advancing. Having an interest in mathematics, and asking people in various fields in engineering played a huge role in choosing this decision.

How do you manage school-related stress?

Setting up a rewards system helps me immensely. A rewards system is great to look forward to after finishing a set of tasks. Also, creating to-do lists to remind me of what I need to get done helps to keep me organized! Finally, as the engineering load can get crazy at times, it is important to prioritize our health; making sure I get enough sleep and eating regularly has done so much for me in so many ways!
