Speed Codes: are made up of a combination of 4 letters or numbers (i.e., NX09) and when used in combination with an account line (i.e.,622000 – supplies) forms the 10 digit number required to process almost any transaction against one of your accounts. Central Purchasing assigns these codes and no two accounts will have the same code.

Fund Types: 1-Operating, 2-Research, 3-Ancillary, 4-Expendable & Continuing Education, 5-Endowed, 6-Capital
