Please refer to your offer of admission to confirm the deadline for the payment of tuition deposit.

Upon payment of your tuition deposit, your Western Student Center account will reflect a credit balance of -$500. Please note, payments sent to Western University can take up to 10 business days to process before appearing on your account.

If you request an admission deferral, the tuition deposit will be applied to your new start term.

You may print your detailed Statement of Account from your Student Center as a proof of payment, if required. However, if you need an official receipt of tuition deposit payment, please contact reg-fees@uwo.ca.

If you have any additional questions regarding the tuition deposit please contact your Departmental Graduate Office.
