Margaritis presents at the University of Waterloo

MargaritisChemical and Biochemical Engineering professor Argyrios Margaritis was invited by the department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, to present a seminar entitled, Production of Polyglutamic and Acid Nanoparticles for Controlled Release of Anti-Cancer Drugs.

During his seminar, he presented results on the use of Gamma-Polyglutamic Acid (PGA) biopolymer to produce nanoparticles and encapsulate the anti-cancer drug Doxorubicin (DOX).

He delivered his seminar to faculty and graduate students on Sept. 18.
