Spring STEM Club
We are welcoming Grade 3 to 5 and Grade 6 to 8 students to Western’s campus on three consecutive Saturdays in Spring 2025 to explore engineering with Western Engineering Outreach
When & Where:
Spring STEM Club is taking place on May 24, May 31, and June 7. Spring Club takes place on Western University’s main campus.
Times:
Our Grade 3 to 5 program will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and our Grade 6 to 8 program will run from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
What to expect:
This spring, explore science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) with our Spring STEM Club. As part of STEM Club, students will have the opportunity to explore the different fields of engineering while participating in fun and educational hands-on activities. Each week offers a unique engineering experience as students connect with peers who share a passion for engineering. Students will engage in age-appropriate hands-on learning experiences as we introduce a new STEM concept each week while encouraging students to develop the different skills required of an engineer including curiosity, collaboration, creativity and problem-solving and communication. Don't miss the opportunity to learn, create, and grow in the Spring STEM Club!
A Sneak Peak of what’s to come this Spring
One of our weeks at Spring Club will feature a surprising hands-on adventure where students will learn about coding and circuits with a clever little device that turns everyday objects into... well, let’s just say something unexpected.
Can ordinary objects like a banana, spoon, or some clay work together to make coding come to life?
There's only one way to find out! Join us at Spring Club to explore engineering through fun, hands-on activities!
Online Registration for Spring Club 2025 is Now Open!
