Salary Stats

Co-op wages are determined by each individual employer.  Factors that may influence wage include previous work experience, years of study completed, extracurricular activities, geographical location, and industry sector.

Salaries offered for the Long-term Co-op Program must meet or exceed minimum wage standards for the work location, and be based on full-time hours (30 hours or more per week, as defined by Statistics Canada).

The below is an estimation based on wages earned in past Long Term Co-op placements for students in various undergraduate engineering programs.
