Research Interests / Specializations: Smart Manufacturing, Machine Condition Monitoring, Industrial Data Mining, Process Monitoring and Optimization, and Smart Clean Energy Systems

 The main focus of my current research is on the intelligent sensing, monitoring, and optimization of mechatronics systems, advanced manufacturing processes, clean energy production and their control.

  1. Intelligent and autonomous condition monitoring of complex machines.
  2. Monitoring and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes such as laser manufacturing, metal additive manufacturing, and CNC machining. 
  3. Industrial data analytics with machine learning.
