Ali Attaran received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor, Windsor, ON, Canada, in June 2015. From 2015 to 2019, he pursued postdoctoral and research scientist positions at the University of Windsor, Cornell University (Ithaca, NY, USA), and Western University (London, ON, Canada). His research contributions during this period included the design and development of RFID transceivers, duplex radio integrated circuits for a Google project, MRI transceivers, and hardware platforms for medical device testing.
Since 2019, he has served as an RF Engineer at Ford Motor Company in Michigan, USA. His work focuses on the design and integration of advanced front-end modules across multiple wireless technologies, including AM/FM/DAB radios, GNSS, SXM, WiFi, UWB, C-V2X, BLE, RFID, and NFC. His combined academic and industry experience reflects a strong commitment to advancing both fundamental research and practical innovations in wireless communication systems.
