Ayushi Gaur                                                                         

Ms. Ayushi Gaur graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors of science (BSc) degree at CSJM university, Kanpur, India. She completed her Master in Environmental Sciences (MSc.) degree at the Institute of Environment Education and Research, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune, India in 2015. Her MSc. thesis was related to "Extreme rainfall analysis over Uttarakhand region for the duration (1901-2013)" under the guidance of Dr. Shobha Nandargi, Scientist, Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Pune, India. She is now pursing her Masters of Engineering Science (MESc.) degree in Civil and Environment Engineering at the University of Western Ontario, under the supervision of Dr. Slobodan P. Simonovic. In her MESc. degree she will be working towards quantifying flood hazard across Canada.

Research Interests

Climate change impact assessment on flow extremes, hydrologic modelling, extreme rainfall analysis.
