  • Design and analysis of energy-efficient buildings, building-integrated sustainable/renewable energy technologies, high-performance green buildings, building ventilation/indoor air quality.
     
  • Wind effects on buildings and their environment (wind/structure interaction, wind/built environment interaction).
     
  • Integration of wind tunnel and full-scale test methodologies.
     
  • Advanced measurements techniques such as Particle Image Velocimetry.

  • Development of efficient design methods for optimal integration of low-energy cooling techniques (natural/hybrid ventilation) and innovative solar energy technologies into the building envelope.
