- Dr. Sadhu is named as a 2024 Top Scholar by ScholarGPS with a worldwide rank of 25 in the category of Structural Health Monitoring!
- Dr. Sadhu's research on smart urban scanning as a Living Lab project has been highlighted in Western News and CTV news! This project was highlighted as a podcast in London Live, a local TV Channel, which can be found here (Part 1 and Part 2).
- Dr. Sadhu received the national honours from the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), he was awarded the CSCE Whitman Wright Award for his research contributions to information technology in civil engineering.
- Dr. Sadhu received Engineering Awards of Recognition from Western Engineering!
- Joel Friesen Waldner, a Summer Research Intern in Dr. Sadhu's team, received the 2024 Western Libraries Undergraduate Research Award for his research on underwater drones.

- Dr. Sadhu is leading Smart Cities and Communities Laboratory at Western Engineering, which has been recently funded through Western's Strategic Priority Fund grant application.

- Dr. Sadhu's Augmented Reality-based 5G-enabled structural inspection research is now funded by Bell Canada/Western 5G Initiatives.
- Vebleo Fellowship is awarded to Dr. Sadhu.
- Dr. Sadhu has received CFI-JELF to develop a next-generation bridge health monitoring laboratory, which will house a suite of cutting-edge high-speed cameras, ground robots, remote data acquisition systems, and actuators.
- Dr. Sadhu has received Ontario's prestigious research award "Early Researcher Award" and 5 years' research funding to develop cutting-edge technology for AI-assisted bridge inspection.
