Graduate Student Stipends

The Organizing Committee of CANCAM 2015 is pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of stipends intended to provide financial assistance to graduate students interested to attend the congress and present their research achievements/work. All successful applications will be subjected to the following guidelines:

• Applicants must have at least one paper accepted to the congress
• Applicants have paid the student registration fee
• Applicants must be the presenting author for at least one paper
• Applicants must be registered at the time of the congress (e.g. Jun. 2015) in a graduate program offered by a recognized university
• Stipends are intended to offset the costs associated with the registration of the graduate students and thereby their value cannot exceed the student registration fee

To apply, please send an email to cancam2015@uwo.ca with a mandatory subject line of Application for Graduate Student Stipend. The body of the email should include the following information (please preserve the same numbered structure indicated below):

1. Your name
2. Your institution
3. Name and email address of your research supervisor(s)
4. ID(s) of the accepted paper(s) you intend to present at CANCAM 2015
5. Confirmation number of your registration
6. A brief statement indicating why you believe you deserve the award (max. 1200 characters including spaces)

The application deadline is Apr. 15, 2015 by 5:00 pm EDT. Please note that late applications will not be considered. The successful applicants and their supervisors will be notified via email by May 8, 2015.
