Wei Wang received B. Sc (Eng) at Beijing University of Aeronautics, Beijing, China, in 1992. He received Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 2002. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as an ASIC and FPGA design engineer in the broadband telecommunication group of EMS Technologies, Montreal, QC, Canada. Since August 2002, he has been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Western Ontario as an assistant professor. Dr. Wang is a reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology, IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and IEEE Transactions on Computer Aided Design. He gave presentations in several conferences including ISCAS 99, 02, 03, ICASSP 99, IWSOC 03, and Micronet Workshop 99, 01. He has given an invited talk on IWSOC 03 and serves at the technical committee of IWSOC 04. Dr. Wang is a member of IEEE. He is also a member of materials and manufacturing Ontario and a member of Emerging Materials Knowledge Network.
