Dr. Liu Chairing AI-Driven Process Systems session at X2026
Dr. Tianlong (Taylor) Liu served as session chair for “AI-Driven Process Systems: Bridging Chemistry, Control, and Sustainability” at X2026. The session brought together researchers working at the intersection of AI, machine learning, optimization, process monitoring, and sustainable process systems.
The symposium featured excellent presentations from researchers across Canada, including Monika Mikhail (UVic), Souvik Ta (Western University), Miguel Pardo (Western University), Saeid Tayebi (McMaster University), Arman Khani (McMaster University), Opeoluwa Omoniyi Adebayo (Memorial University of Newfoundland), Meshach E. Tabat (University of Calgary), Rakshitha Mosur Satish (University of Alberta), and Professor Vladimir Mahalec (McMaster University).
We are grateful to all speakers for sharing their insightful work and to the audience for the thoughtful questions and engaging discussions that made the session especially rewarding. Many thanks as well to the conference organizers for creating a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and networking. Congratulations to all presenters on their excellent contributions.
