Recruitment Cycle

Master of Engineering (MEng) with Co-op Option recruitment starts yearly in September.

Students are strongly encouraged to submit their application for this program during the Fall term. Applications may be accepted after the Fall term in exceptional cases.

Applications are typically reviewed within two business days. You will receive a notification from Western Connect once this process has taken place.

Approved applications will be granted access to view co-op job postings on Western Connect.

For international students, if they are not able to secure a co-op and an approved Co-op Work Permit before the end of their third term (cut off date: August 20^th), their registration will be changed back to the original 3-term Master of Engineering (MEng) program or 4-term Master of Engineering – Graduate Diploma (GDip; Engineering Leadership and Innovation) program to which they were admitted and they will complete the original program.
