Western Engineering grad students help make Let's Talk Science a success

Let's Talk Science strives to improve Science literacy through leadership, innovative educational programs, research and advocacy. They motivate and empower youth to use science, technology and engineering to develop critical skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to thrive in our world.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the program volunteers, Let’s Talk Science had a fabulous year. The volunteers reached hundreds of youth across the London area and made a positive impact on the way youth perceive science through local community events and partnerships between graduate students and teachers.

A number of Western Engineering graduate students participated in this year’s program. Those volunteers are:

  • Susan Miller

  • Samira Hirji

  • Selvakumar Kandasamy

  • Jihyun Cho (Ken)

  • Jesse Dybenko
