Undergraduate Project Fund

This fund is made possible from the annual donations of undergraduate engineering students (at $80 each). The purpose of this fund is to enhance the quality of undergraduate education by supporting student projects, groups, teams, clubs and other initiatives to enrich their learning experience.

Submit a Project Proposal

Please complete the Annual Planning and Funding Request form to submit a project proposal.

Submissions are due by October 15th!

Note: you can apply to both this fund and the WE Engagement Fund with the same form.

Selection Process

The proposals will be reviewed and selected to receive funding in early November by a committee consisting of five (5) UES representatives, the Dean of Engineering and Director, Financial Services.
