Co-op wages are determined by each individual employer.  Factors that may influence wage include previous work experience, year of study, geographical location, and industry sector.

The below is an estimation based on wages earned in past summer co-op placements for students in various levels of their undergraduate degree.  

  • First-year - $16 to $18/hr.
  • Second-year - $17 to $20/hr.
  • Third-year - $19 to $22/hr.
  • Fourth-year - $21 to $26/hr.
