 Another year for the WECCA club has begun. 2011/2012 year marks the Western Engineering Concrete Canoe Association's 5th entry into the Canadian National Concrete Canoe Competition (CNCCC).
 

We are very excited to announce that we will be travelling to Moncton, New Brunswick this May to compete in 4 areas of competition:     

 

 Presentation, Technical Report, Quality of Finished Product, & Races.

The races will include: Female, Male & Co-ed Sprints, as well as Male & Female Slalom/Endurance categories. The Competition began in Canada in 1994 and has grown in popularity. It now draws roughly 12 teams from universities across Canada.
