Are you planning to return to Western in September, 2017? If so, you must submit an INTENT TO REGISTER so that you will have access to the web registration system during the summer months to register for Fall/Winter courses. If you don't submit an Intent to Register, you will not have access to the web registration system.
Click here to view the VIDEO from the Registrar's Office on how to do your Intent to Register.
There are two different methods of submitting an Intent to Register:
1. WEB Intent to Register
2. PAPER Intent to Register
Have your paper Intent to Register form signed by the Engineering Department Counsellor for the year you are entering and have the concurrent degree area of the paper Intent to Register form signed by the Faculty in which you plan to register for a concurrent degree (if you will have completed the prerequisites before September). Return the form to Undergraduate Services, SEB 2097.
Students in concurrent degrees who no longer want to pursue both degree programs must make an appointment with your Academic Counsellor in Engineering, SEB 2097, to discuss the changes and complete the paper Intent to Register form.
Have your first choice program approved by having your paper Intent to Register form signed by the Department Counsellor of your first choice. Return the form to Undergraduate Services, SEB 2097.
Students have already completed an “application for the combined program” from Ivey. No further action is required.
Have your paper Intent to Register form signed by an Academic Counsellor from the Undergraduate Services Office, SEB 2097. Your second choice must be signed by the “default” Department or Faculty if you are not admitted to Engineering.
