We are currently involved in: 

#WildWeatherTO Field Trip Day - December 16, 2016

In partnership with Western Engineering's partnership of the Ontario Science Centre Wild Weather Exhibit, our team will be hosting a field trip day for Grade 10 and 11 science and math classes that will feature free admission for the first 200 students, special guest Professor Greg Kopp and a social media scavenger hunt of the new Wild Weather Exhibit. National Engineering Month

Each March we participate in a day-long engineering extravaganza at the London Children’s Museum to celebrate engineering and to inspire the next generation of engineers. Learn more

Maker Days

Our team has been involved in several Maker Days and Fairs. Our involvement has ranged from providing workshops to acting as a guest speaker.

FIRST – FIRST Robotics Competition & FIRST Lego League

Western Engineering is a proud supporter of FIRST Canada and currently hosts a FIRST Robotics Competition, FIRST Lego League and FIRST Lego League Junior Showcase. Learn more

Science Literacy Week

Each September, we are part of a weeklong initiative across Canada to promote STEM learning and exploration. In 2015, we offered workshops at the London Public Library as well as the London Children’s Museum. Learn more.
