Girl - Girls Grade 7 - 10
Go ENG Girl is a yearly event that is sponsored by the Ontario
Network for Women in Engineering and is hosted by universities across the province.
It is an opportunity for girls to learn about the wonderful world of
engineering. This one day event held annually in October includes, hands-on
activities, informative parents sessions and engineering
student exhibits.

Girls Club- Girls
Grade 5 - 9
Girls Club is a unique opportunity for young girls to learn
about engineering and science in an all girls environment though
interactive and fun projects. This program is held on 8 Saturdays
during the months of January to March.

National Engineering Month at the London Children’s Museum
This year for National Engineering Week, The London Regional Children's Museum is partnering with
Western Engineering for a week of awesome engineering workshops, demonstrations, and displays. We invite all Faculty and Staff to bring their children to this event. This event is open to the public through regular Museum admissions.

Western Engineering Summer Academy-
Students Grade 9 - 12
Experience Western Engineering this summer by participating in labs and
lectures taught by our Graduate Students and Professors. We offer week
long courses during the summer specializing in different areas of
engineering.

Discovery Western- Students Grade
2 - 8
Discovery Western is a program that offers Elementary School Workshops and
a Summer Camp for children going into grades 2 to 8. If you are a teacher looking to meet the Ontario Science Curriculum requirements, our workshops are a fun and interactive way to
integrate them in your class. Our summer camp program is jam packed with demos, hands on activities and much more and is an opportunity to get kids interested in engineering and science at a young age!
