Grade nine students from schools in the London community and beyond toured Western Engineering with their parents as part of Take Our Kids to Work Day.

"Since the group was so big this year we had to divide them into two groups," says Sue Chapman, coordinator of Western Engineering's tour. "We handed out brochures, UES tattoos and stickers to all students. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the day."

The visitors saw demonstrations in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, the student vehicles room and University Machine Services.
