CSPC trainees supported by the CREATE program will be provided with best possible opportunities to develop their professional skills and accumulate knowledge in business development and ethics through monthly seminars, annual workshops and domestic and international conferences.

Instilling a culture of technology innovation and entrepreneurship by exposing trainees to necessary business, IP, and legal related procedures. Skills to identify and explore potential business opportunities in target areas, including communications, cloud computing, e-health, and defence, will be developed in order to maximize the economical impact of the CREATE program.
 
Improving the immediate employability and life-long career development skills of the trainees, which will facilitate their transition into the Canadian workforce as productive employees. Through multidisciplinary courses, lab rotation, and industrial internships, students will acquire professional skills and knowledge from experts for various aspects of career development.
