What is the Transportation Career Development Program?

A government agency, a consulting company, and a contractor have formed a partnership to hire three first-year students interested in Civil Engineering to rotate between the organizations during each summer of their first, second and third year.

Why should you participate?

This program provides Civil Engineering co-op students with a broad exposure to design and construction of roads and bridges, and makes the student highly employable upon graduation.

Who can participate?

Any first-year student registering in Civil Engineering for second year.

What is the enrollment process?

Sign up for Summer Co-op in the fall term, and apply to the posting on Western Connect.

What are the yearly costs?

The same as the Summer Co-op Program - annual $125 dollar application fee, $550 dollar co-op fee.
