Welcome to the undergraduate home page of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Western.
Our success in attracting students, faculty and funding is based on our dedication to excellence in teaching and research, and the relevance of our research to industry. We take pride in our vibrant, dedicated and award-winning faculty, the congeniality in the Department, and the commitment of our administrative and technical support staff to a first-class civil engineering education.
I invite you to explore our undergraduate and graduate programs and the wide range of research currently being undertaken by our faculty, with the support of 106 graduate students (67 PhDs, 25 MEScs and 14 MEngs) and 4 postdoctoral fellows.
