Request for Extension
The student will be withdrawn at the end of the maximum registration time period unless the Vice-Provost (Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies) has granted an exemption. In most cases, the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will inform the CEE Graduate Office of the names of any students close to this deadline. The CEE Graduate Office will then request the Chief Advisor to complete the proper form requesting an extension. Click here to download the form. Completed forms must be returned to the CEE Graduate Office for approval by the CEE Graduate Committee Chair along with the fee, in the form of a cheque made payable to The University of Western Ontario, before being forwarded to the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for final approval.
