Leave of Absence
If unable to register, the student may apply for a Leave of Absence on medical or compassionate grounds. Please note the top of the form states the application fee and deadlines for receipt of the application at the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Completed forms must be returned to the Graduate Office and approved by the CEE Graduate Committee Chair before being forwarded to the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for final approval. Normally a student will be granted no more than three terms Leave of Absence during a degree program, and, during the Leave of Absence, must interrupt his/her program and make no use of any University facilities, including the Chief Advisor.
