About Discovery Western

Discovery Western is a not-for-profit organization which strives to increase the awareness of engineering and technology to young people in London, Ontario and surrounding communities. Please visit our About DW page for more information on who we are, what we do, and how we do it!

Workshops

During the months of May and June we offer workshops for elementary schools. These workshops are a fun and interactive way for your class to cover the Ontario Science and Technology curriculum requirements. To learn more about the workshops we offer check out our Workshop Information Page.

Summer Camp

During the months of July and August we run a dynamic summer camp program promoting science and engineering though hands-on projects and demonstrations. Our summer camp program is for children grades 2 to 8 and is offered in London, Sarnia and Port Elgin. Check out our Camp Information page to learn more.

Girls Programs!

We offer many programs aimed to promote engineering to girls. Check out these programs: G.R.E.A.T., Girls Club, Girl Guides Badge Day and Go Eng Girl to learn more about the variety of programs for girls.
